Owner and President:
Marilyn D. Wolff



Marilyn has worked in the title industry for 42 years, starting at the age of 16, with an after school job in 1969 with Ardis McClelland, owner of the Hubbard County Abstract Company. She purchased the business at the age of 21 in 1975 and has been the president and sole owner for 36 years. She has been an abstracter for 40 years. She has written title insurance for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company for 36 years.






Leslie Pickett

Leslie has worked for Hubbard County Abstract Co., Inc. for 35 years, starting as a junior in high school in 1976. She has abstracted for all of those 35 years, holds a title insurance agent license and was the first closer for Hubbard County Abstract Co., Inc.


Tammy Koons

Tammy has worked for us for 11 years, and is now a licensed abstracter. She has also had experience as a legal secretary and received a degree from Central Lakes College.


Karla Simpson

Karla has worked for Hubbard County Abstract Co., Inc. for 9 years. She now prepares all of the title reports and tract searches, but has also worked as an assistant title insurance agent and assistant closing agent.


Rebecca Holmen
Closings

Rebecca has worked for Hubbard County Abstract Co., Inc. for 10 years. She began as an assistant closer and is now our closing agent.


Tarah L. Wolff
Receptionist

Tarah has worked for Hubbard County Abstract Co., Inc. for less than a year as our receptionist.


Sharon Harris

Sharon has worked part-time for 10 years as our bookkeeper and payroll accountant. She also has had 42 years experience in banking, and presently works for the First National Bank of Menahga and Sebeka.
